Funding entity Metro de Bilbao
The objective of this project is the design and implementation of ATO speed commands in Metro de Bilbao lines. These ATO speed commands will be selected and sent to the train by the traffic regulation system in real-time. For each inter-station a set of 3 speed commands are designed, the flat out command and 2 regulation commands. The new ATO speed commands must comply with technical, operational and comfort restrictions and will minimise the energy consumption.
