The aim of this project is to analyze the regulatory framework to determine the allowed revenue for distribution companies in Peru. The project will be divided into four steps. In the first one, an international review of regulatory frameworks will be carried out. The second step consists on an analysis of the current situations of distribution in Peru. In the third phase, the regulatory framework for determining the allowed revenue will be assessed, and needed modifications will be proposed. Finally, these modification will be discussed will the agents of the electricity sector, and a White Book about the remuneration of distribution companies will be published.
