Funding entity Iberdrola
Nowadays in Spain, the vast majority of the energy transactions take place in the one-day-ahead Wholesale Electricity Market. However, there is an increasing amount of energy that is purchased or sold out of this organized market. The main aim of this project consists of developing a risk management model, which provides IBERDROLA´s risk heading guidelines. These guidelines take into account both the means of production and the IBERDROLA´s knowledge about the market behavior.
