REE is working on the necessary adaptation of the RCP (Spanish secondary regulation service) due to the incorporation of the system to the European PICASSO platform and to comply with European regulations. During the last year, IIT has colaborated with REE in the adjustment and validation of the new system. In this project, additional analyses are carried out about the response evaluation method, the economic impact of several design options, and the interaction between primary and secondary regulation.
Layman's summary: This project extends the analyses for the incorporation of the Spanish secondary regulation in the Picasso system and to comply with European regulations.
