The aim of this project is the development of work package 1.3 «Network Analysis» for Red Electrica de España within Cenit-GAD project. The purpose of this work package is the development of methods to incorporate the active management of demand into the short-term planning and operation of the transmission network.

Research topics:
• *Steady-state: load flows, analysis of power system constraints, optimal load flows, voltage control ancilliary service,short-circuits, protections in transmission and ditribution networks
• *Forecasting and data mining
