Elaboration of an expertise study ordered by the President of Madrid´s Commerce Arbitration Court concerning an arbitrage procedure between REE-INALTA and IBD regarding the selling of networks assets between them. The expertise focused on the calculation of the regulated remuneration for the network assets sold by Iberdrola to INALTA in 2002. This calculation corresponded to the amount that the Administration would have set applying the legislation in force.
