Personal consultancy for the canadian consortium PREEICA, with the purpose of evaluating the proposed regulatory design for the regional electricity market in Central America. This regional market, currently in the stage of implementation, will allow producers and consumers from all Central American countries to exchange electricity freely. The project focuses on the regulation of transmission, in particular on the design of cross-border network tariffs.
