The aim of this European project (FP7-ENERGY-2008-TREN-1) is the development of an open platform to test new market designs of massive intermittent energy sources dispersed in several regional power market. The project is under the leadership of five TSOs (RTE, REE, ELIA, En.BW y VE-T) and has the contribution of six universities and research institutions (ARMINES, Katholik University of Leuven, University of Manchester, RISOE, Société d’Analyse Economique et Sociale y Universidad Pontificia Comillas). It is coordinates by TECHNOFI, a French consultant company.
