Personal consultancy as «external expert» for the Italian Regulatory Commission for Electricity and Gas concerning a broad set of topics of regulation of the electric power sector. So far the main topics that have been addressed are the design of the Italian wholesale market, the development of secundary regulation for this market and the implementation of the Internal Electricity Market of the European Union, particularly the issue of cross-border tarification.
