The project analyses and investigates several different possible technolofy based scenarios in Power Systems for the 2040 horizon. The factors and issues that may have a more relevant impact in future Power Systems configuration from a technological point of view are identified and analysed. Then a quantitative assessment of the impact of such factors is performed for different scenarios, using computer models available at IIT.
