Short-term technical assessment (about two months) to help in the decision-making process of an investment group. The investments to be analysed are power generation plants with renewable technologies, and in particular Biogas plants, in Romania and similar markets. The scope of the assessment includes the feasibility of the industrial projects, their profitability under uncertain regulation frameworks (european and national policies for renewable energies), and the structure of the investment projects themselves: partners, agreements, and flexible/adaptable strategies.
