The objective of the project is to support the EU Commission in the activity programmed by Article 4 of the Directive 01/77/EC evaluating the support mechanisms adopted for RES in the EU countries and their effectiveness and efficiency for the achievement of the goals of the Directive. It will also evaluate their interactions with other institutional mechanisms and the prospects for a common approach of RES support, looking at the potential benefits achievable by a joint strategy for RES deployment, and how a converging path can be designed.
