Funding entity Protec-Fire
The objective of the project is to certify, by means of a finite element computation, the validity of the design of a trunk of a firemen truck. This one aside from being used for transports of different objects must serve, in addition, as a lateral anticrashing element. The fulfillment of the requirements established by European Director 89/297/CEE (about lateral protection of lorries) has been certified.
