Funding entity ADIF
The main goal of this project is the investigation and development, in collaboration with ADIF, of models that consider the different criteria along the management process of railway capacity. These models include the long-term (strategic planning), medium-term (basic design of the track, signalling and operation model) and the short-term (commercial timetables of trains). Thus, a continuous process is defined, from long to short term, standardising criteria and analysis methods.
