Ramón Rodríguez Pecharromán is Associate Professor at the Engineering School of Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain. He obtained the Electrical Engineering degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Spain) in 1992 and his Ph. D. degree from the same university in 2000. Since 1992 he is with the Electronics, Control Engineering and Communications Department, being the head of the Department from 2012 to 2021. He is also with the Institute for Applied Research (IIT). Prof. Rodríguez has a large experience in industry joint research projects in the field of railway electrification and control systems.
