Mr. José A. Rodríguez Mondéjar is an Electronic Engineer (1988) and Doctor in Engineering in Engineering (2000) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas of Madrid. Since 2000, he has been working for Instituto de Investigación Tecnológica (IIT) of the school of engineering ICAI (Universidad Pontificia Comillas).
