Biography:

Miguel Monteagudo Honrubia (1995) graduated in Biomedical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He continued his postgraduate studies at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. During this stage he participated in several research projects on microfluidics, Raman spectroscopy and machine learning. In June 2021 he joined the Technological Research Institute (IIT) of the Pontifical University of Comillas, where he works as training researcher. His doctoral thesis focuses on the development of dielectric biosensors for biomedical applications; with an emphasis on automatic analyte detection using artificial intelligence techniques.
