Biography:

Javier Matanza received an electrical engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Valencia, Spain, in 2008 and the Ph.D. degree from the Comillas Pontifical University, Madrid, Spain, in 2013. He is a Research Professional at the Institute for Research in Technology (IIT) and an Assistant Professor at the Comillas Pontifical University.rnHis current interests are in powerline communication technologies, in communication network simulations, cosimulation, demand response, communications for medical monitoring and signal processing. rn
