Biography:

Francisco holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Escuela Ingenieros ICAI (Universidad Comillas).

He has spent his professional career at ENDESA were he joined in 1986 and retired in 2017. Along these years he has hold different positions in Energy Management, regulatory affairs, power production, transmission and gas projects both in Spain and in other countries like Argentina (Commercial Manager for Central Dock Sud in Buenos Aires, from 1997 to 2000), Italy (different positions in Endesa Italia from 2001 to 2005 and General Manager of OLT LNG Offshore Gas Project from 2006 to 2008), Peru (General Manager of Edegel and EEPSA & Head of Generation Peru from 2013 to 2017).

Retired from ENDESA in 2017 he is currently Guest Researcher at Insituto Investigacion Tecnologica (IIT) and Assistant Professor at the Electrical Engineering Department, both at Comillas University.
