Biography:

Emad Nematbakhsh a researcher assistant at the Institute of Research in Technology (IIT).

He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical power engineering and work on developing a new method to solve power system optimization problems, in particular congestion management.

Areas of interest:

Smart Grids, Transmission and Distribution System Coordination, IoT-Enabled Smart Buildings, Multi-Energy Systems, Self-Sufficient Energy Hubs, Hydrogen-Based Technologies, Vehicle-to-Grid Services, and Resilience Enhancement.
