He was graduated with the degree in Computer Engineer in 1998 from the school of engineering (ICAI), Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Dr. David Contreras received his doctorate about multimedia traffic in Bluetooth networks at the Comillas Pontifical University in 2010. His research interests include wireless sensor networks, opportunistic networks and information retrieval systems. He acts as reviewer for a series of high-ranked journals such as IEEE Communications Letters, Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking and Elsevier Measurement.
