Biography:

Ángela Sánchez holds a PhD and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Granada. She completed her doctoral studies with an MSc in Behavioural Economics and Finance at the University of Exeter Business School (UK), and also holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting from CEU San Pablo University.

She has also gained professional experience at New York University (Abu Dhabi).

Her academic work focuses on behavioural economics, with research published in leading journals such as the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization and the European Economic Review.

Her experimental research explores topics such as gender differences, discrimination and negotiation in the labour market, corporate charitable giving incentives, eating habits, and affirmative action programs in the corporate sector.
