Industrial Engineer (Major in Electricity) from Universidad P. Comillas (ICAI) –last year of the degree and final thesis in Chalmers University of Technology (Gothenburg, Sweden)-, Master in Power Systems from Universidad P. Comillas (ICAI), and MSc Business and Community from University of Bath (UK). This multidisciplinary education has allowed her to acquire a perspective on the energy sector that combines technical, economic and regulatory aspects, as well as to gain key knowledge in sociology and management. In her first period in the Institute for Research in Technology (2008-2010), she participated in research projects on energy efficiency and renewable energy, and very especially in the economic assessment of demand response programs at the household level. In her second period in the IIT (beginning in March 2012), she has contributed to the Economics for Energy annual report "Energy Innovation in Spain" and the analysis of future energy scenarios for Enagas. She is currently doing a PhD in innovation policy. From January 2013, she is a member of the BP Chair on Energy and Sustainability.
