The new secondary frequency regulation service under the PICASSO platform
The adaptation of the zone regulators of the current RCP Spanish secondary regulation system to the new secondary frequency regulation service under the PICASSO platform will be investigated. The investigation will be based on simulation.
Requirements:
PhD in Engineering. Experience on simulation of electric power systems and virtual power plants. Spanish as mother language.
Offer: Yearly contract. It can be take a maximum of 3 years. Gross salary of 33837 Euro.
