The objective of this project is the estimation of atmospheric emissions from the Spanish electricity system for 1998 and 1999, in order to predict the possible existence of environmental restrictions in the electricity generation pool. The analysis is carried out with the GREEN model, a simulation model for the operation of the electricity system, which incorporates environmental parameters.
