This project consits of the electrical studies of the Antillana (Cuba) arc furnace installation. Izar Propulsion y Energia is preparing a bid of a power plant based on two diesel generators. Izar´s bid shold include studies on armonic distortion, flicker levels and voltage and frequency regulation.
Two scenarios are considered: without and with diesel engines. The required filters and thyristor controlled reactor are determined.
