Biography:
Carlos D. Zuluaga R. obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, in 2010 and 2013, respectively. Additionally, he obtained his Ph.D. degree in Engineering in 2018 from the same University.
He has been a professor and researcher at different institutions in Colombia.
He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Research in Technology (IIT) of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
Areas of interest:
Modeling, probabilistic analysis, machine learning and optimization theory applied to electric power systems.
