Resumen:

This white paper investigates FaaS as a contributor to a net-zero, high-RES European energy system. Its main recommendations, intended for system operators, regulators and industry, are to standardise flexibility products and interfaces, to invest in the digital infrastructure that makes delivery verifiable, and to design remuneration that reflects the true temporal and locational value of flexibility.
