The project is aimed at assessing the costs and benefits of Energy Storage Systems when compared to other sources of flexibility in the power system. Besides, based on a review of previous studies, the optimal mix of flexibility resources is to be determined and the computation of the operation of the system carried out for this. Regulatory conclusions will also be drawn from the aforementioned analyses.
