Impact of the new access and connection to distribution networks regulation in the Spanish electricity system

The objetives of this master project follow: 1. To research and evaluate the new regulation that apply to Spanish DSOs in terms of access and connection to the distribution network. 2. To analyze and understand the implications of this new regulation. 3. To compare the previous and the recent regulation and highlight the main differences. 4. To evaluate if this change in regulation contributes to the targets of RES integration defined in PNIEC. 5. To outline alternative regulatory criteria from other EU countries in this issue. 6. To provide some initiatives that could be considered.
