The electric layout of an offshore wind farm is critical for its overall cost and reliability. This work presents the model OWL (Offshore Windfarm Layout optimizer) which is able to propose optimal configurations taking into account uncertainty in wind inputs and component failures. Bender’s decomposition is applied to successfully reduce solution time.
