The use of wind is one of the most attractive sources of energy at the present moment and many new aerogenerators are being installed. They are young machines where the application of the correct maintenance will be very important of their long life. This paper presents the architecture of a predictive maintenance system based on artificial intelligent techniques. Its objective is a trouble free operation of the aerogenerators analysing on-line several variables representative of the health of different components.
