During the days of November 19, 20 and 21, 2002, the energy prices in the Spanish daily market reached record values during a few peak demand hours. No shortage of supply occurred during these hours. The National Energy Commission reported the incident to the Competition Authorities, who have pressed chages against several electric production utilities. The project consists of the preparation of a private expert report on behalf of ENDESA Generation with an analysis and interpretation of the events.
