This project has provided technical support to Ibedrola Ingeniería y Consultoría in the identifcation process of the automatic voltage regulator and the speed governor of three Libian generating units. The identification process consists of three steps: model proposal, tests and parameter estimation. The identification of the automatic voltage regulator also includes the identification of the excitation. In addition, the identification of the speed governor comprises the identification of the turbine.
