In this project they have been introduced a set of modifications and extensions solicited by the Organismo Coordinador del Sistema Eléctrico Interconectado de la República Dominicana. The modifications done are the following:
• Specification of the dispatchable output of run of the river hydro plants
• Modification of the hydro reservoir management equation
• Computation of the right to use for each line
• Non served power fixed in the computation of the nodal factors
• Introduction of meters in their positions in the computation of nodal factors
