Funding entity Iberdrola
This project is part of an ongoing collaboration with the Wholesale Market Department of Iberdrola, focused on developing studies and models for the management, design and preparation of offers in the Spanish wholesale electricity day-ahead market. The work is based on different methodologies, each one adapted to deal with the different time spans involved in the offer process. The developments involve topics relating to data mining, market equilibrium, stochastic hydro models, prices and offer curves forecasts, risk management, etc.
