Funding entity Viesgo
The aim of this project is the development of tools for an integrated resources management in the electricity market with weekly scope. Precisely, the tools will help in planning of the operation of Viesgo generation system (thermal, hydroelectric and pumped storage power plants). The results of the weekly planning model will feed the daily planning model. The main feature of the model is that it will be based on forecasting of the prices in the daily market.
