The objectives of this collaboration are identifying the main drivers and obstacles to the integration of the several electicity markets belonging to different regions and, considering these, analysing the integration, or coordination, of the energy markets and systems in the Internal Electricity Market of the European Union and a neighboring region. This problem is analysed from a conceptual point of view.
