Funding entity Endesa
This project continues the collaboration with Endesa for the elaboration of generation capacity expansion plans. A previous project dealt with the elaboration of a decision model to assist in these tasks. The model includes an electric market representation as well as an algorithm to assess investment decisions. The algorithms require a continuous update to adapt to regulatory changes, regarding for example emissions allowances or transition to competence costs.
