The project aims to develop a weekly hydrothermal coordination tool. This tool is designed for «unit commitment» programming and bids elaboration process. The proposed tool can be also used as a stand-alone basin manager. The project is a continuation of EXCOM, as mathematical techniques are employed (linear programming)
