Consultant study to determine the costs associated to a reference distribution network that would supply the area of Santiago de Chile. To perform this study the model for distribution planning, PECO, developed at IIT, has been used. The outcome of the study will be taken into account to set the distribution tariffs for the new 4 years regulatory period.
