Within the framework of the new regulatory policies, the goal of this project is to study and identify congestion problems in a situation of uncertainty, by applying data mining techniques. It takes into account classical uncertainties (demand, availability, etc) as well as new uncertainties related to the new deregulated electricity markets (new entrants, bilateral exchanges between countries, etc).
