The opeartion of the electricity market is affected by the solution of power system constraints and the contribution to the ancilliary services such as load-frequency regulation.
This project studies two issues as they affect to Cepsa cogeneration plants: (1) the solution of power system constraints reduces their production and (2) the feasibility of incorporating Cepsa as a zone of load-frequency regulation.
