Funding entity European Energy Institute
High level training course for professionals in European energy companies that is organized by the European Energy Institute, a European think tank & education center that groups together some key scientific players in Europe and deals with all technical-economic-legal issues, relevant in the context of the creation of an internal electricity and gas market in Europe, see www.eeinstitute.org. The course has 11 modules, each one of a duration of two weeks and in a different location in Europe. IIT contributes by teaching in some of the modules and organizing and teaching one of the modules in Madrid on «Electricity and gas markets: Design, regulation, functioning and future perspectives».
