Funding entity Central Dock Sud.
This aim of this project is the development of the power system studies required by CAMMESA (the Argentinean system operator) needed to the combine cycle plant of Dock Sud power plant prior it is accepted in the Argentinean power system. The project comprises four activities: steady-state studies, model development of the power plant components for power system stability studies, transient stability studies and small-signal stability studies. The project is being conducted in cooperation with the Power System Studies Division of Endesa.
