Poland is working on restructuring its electricity power industry. This project analyzed the current situation of the Polish electric sector and the proposals towards deregulation and restructuring in order to advise the Polish Energy Regulatory Office. The consultancy took into account the Spanish experience during both the previous legal framework (Marco Legal Estable) and the current situation where competition in generation and retail has been introduced.
