The aim of the course is to provide a complete view of the electrical distribution business, both on technical and regulatory issues, and focused on the Spanish sector.
Specifically, there will be ten sessions. The first part of the course will be an introduction to the electric distribution sector and regulation. Then, there will be several sessions focused on the regulation of the distribution business, focused on specific topics such as the distribution costs, the energy losses and the quality of service. The last sessions will cover the integration of distributed resources in the network and the smart grids.
