Temporal Variability of Sensitivity Coefficients in Emerging Local Electricity Markets

This project analyses how the sensitivity coefficients, which determine the impact of power injections and extractions on different nodes, change over time. These coefficients are crucial for managing congestion and controlling voltage in emerging local markets, where quick and automated response is essential. The study aims to assess the feasibility of defending static or dynamic market areas bases on the network’s operational conditions. Additionally, the analysis of these changes will help identify patterns that can be used to optimize bidding strategies using AI-based tools.
