The project objective is to examine methods of software protection using USB security keys. A particular application will be protected and then the effectiveness of such protection mechanism will be analyzed, according to a predefined testing protocol.
Finally a search in security websites and hacking websites will be carried out in order to find attack procedures against USB security keys, and the threat posed by those procedures will be analyzed.
