Funding entity Indra-Endesa
This project is devoted to the development of new algorithms and procedures to be integrated in the Secondary Reserve Forecasting System (SIPREBAN), developped by IIT for the Spanish utility Endesa in 2004.
The main developments seek to increase the level of automation of the forecasting process, to optimize the bidding strategy with the forecasts and to take advantage of the information generated by SIPREBAN for other planing purposes.
